Oven from frozen

Instructions: Temperature: Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 200°CTime: 45-50 minsPlace Salmon on to a lightly oiled oven tray and cover with aluminium foil, Place in the centre of a pre-heated oven and cook for 35-40 minutes. Take out of the oven and remove foil. Replace lemons onto the salmon and cook further 8- 10 minutes.

Storage

Keep Frozen at -18°C or cooler.Important: If food has thawed, do not refreeze.
