Oven

Instructions: Temperature: 190°C, 170°C, Gas 5Time: 2 hours 50 minutes -3 hoursCOOKING INSTRUCTIONS •Oven cook from chilled only. •Remove outer packaging. OVEN 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5 Chilled 2 hrs 50 mins - 3 hrs • Leave turkey in the foil container, do not remove drip pad. • Place the foil container on a baking tray and cover loosely with kitchen foil. •Place the baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven and cook for 2 hours 50 minutes to 3 hours or until thoroughly cooked. •Remove occasionally from the oven and baste the turkey breast with the juices at the bottom of the tray. •Remove kitchen foil for last 15 minutes of cooking. •Poultry is cooked if the juices run clear when the deepest part of the turkey breast joint is pierced with a thin skewer. If the juices are pink continue cooking for 15 minutes and re-test. Repeat every 15 minutes until the juices run clear. • Before carving allow to rest for 15 minutes, remove the turkey breast joint from the foil tray and ensure the ovenable pad is removed.
