Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking

Shallow Fry

Instructions: PAN FRY: 8 mins. Cut pudding into size of approximately 2cm thick, place on an oiled pan on a high temperature for the first 2 minutes. Turn after 1 minute. Turn down temperature to a Low heat and continue to cook for a further 6 minutes, turning occasionally

GriLL

Instructions: Remove all packaging. GRILL Medium: 10 mins. Cut pudding into size of approximately 2cm thick, place under pre heated grill on a high temperature for the first 4 minutes. Turn occasionally. Turn down temperature to a medium heat and continue to cook for a further 6 minutes, turning occasionally.

Instructions: For best results grill.

Storage

Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 2 days and by 'use by' date shown. Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by date shown.
