Irish Rooster PotatoesDeliciously light & fluffy potatoes, ideal for steaming, heavenly when roasted.
We have been growing Irish quality potatoes on the family farm for well over 50 years.Our farmland is renowned for its richness of soil and ideal growing environment which produce the finest farm fresh produce in Tara, County Meath.

Store in a dark, cool dry place!

Boil

Instructions: Place the potatoes in a saucepan and cover with boiling water. Cover with a lid and simmer gently for approximately 20 mins, until just tender.

Cooking Instructions

Instructions: Adjust time according to your particular oven. (For fan assisted ovens cooking times should be reduced. For best results refer to manufacturer's handbook).Appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.

Deep Fry

Instructions: Heat oil to 130°C. Fry chips for 8/10 mins or until chips are golden colour.(Caution never leave hot oil unattended.)

Oven cook

Instructions: Preheat the oven (to 200°C or Gas 6).Pierce potatoes with a fork and place on the oven shelf. Bake for 45-60 mins until the potato skin is golden.

Steam

Instructions: Place potatoes in a steaming basket. Cover and steam for 20 mins or until tender.
