Preparation and Usage

No need to wash poultry before cooking.

For best results oven cook.

Instructions: Temperature: 200°C, 180°C, Gas 5Time: 45 minutes per kilo plus 20-30 minsCalculate the cooking time at 45 minutes per kilo plus 20-30 minutes. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6. Place on a roasting tin. Cook in the centre of the pre-heated oven basting occasionally during cooking. Allow to stand for 5-10 minutes before carving.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated below 4°C.
