Cooking Instructions

Instructions: Grill under a medium heat for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: Fry rashers in a non-stick frying pan using little or no oil over a medium heat for 3-5 minutes, turning occasionally.

Storage

Keep Refrigerated 0°C to 5°COnce opened keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days. Do not exceed the use by date. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
