Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use on the same day and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 days and by 'use by' date shown.

Instructions: Rare: 5 mins per 100g Medium: 7 mins per 100g Well-Done: 8 mins per 100g *Preheat the oven to 220C/Fan 200/Gas 7. *Drizzle 1 tbsp. of sunflower oil (per kg) over the beef and season well with salt and pepper. *Place the beef on a roasting tray and place in the centre of the pre-heated oven for 10 minutes. *Remove the beef from the oven and turn the oven temperature down to 170C/Fan 150/Gas 3. *Wrap the beef tightly in foil , place back on the roasting tray and return to the oven for calculated time. *Allow the beef to rest in a warm place for 30 minutes before serving and remove any netting/string before carving.
