Storage
Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
Cooking Instructions
Oven from frozen
Instructions: Not suitable for cooking from frozen.
Microwave
Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Grill
Instructions: Time:16-18 minutes Temperature: High Place Burgers under a pre-heated high grill for 16-18 minutes, turning occasionally. Allow to rest in a warm place for 5 minutes before serving.
Shallow Fry
Instructions: Time: 11-13 mins Temperature: High Fry in a little oil to a pan and heat to a high setting. Place the burger in the pan and brown for 1 minute on both sides, reducing the heat to a medium setting and continue to cook for 10-12 minutes turning occasionally. Drain well drain well before serving. Allow to rest in a warm place for 5 minutes before serving.
