Preparation and Usage

You Will Need:500g Irish Stoneground Wholemeal Bread Mix375-400ml milk900g/2lb loaf tinMethod:1. Preheat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6.2. Grease the loaf tin.3. Add dry mix to a mixing bowl. Pour in 375ml milk. Mix thoroughly with a spoon to form a dough. If too dry, gradually add up to 25ml milk.4. Transfer the dough into the tin. Spread evenly, smoothing the surface with the back of the spoon.5. Make a cut 2cm/3/4" deep lengthwise along the centre of the dough.6. Bake on the middle shelf of the oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown.7. Turn out onto a wire tray. Cool completely before slicing.Note: As baking characteristics of ovens vary, always check your manufacturers guidelines.

Store in a cool, dry place.Once opened, store in an airtight container.
