INGREDIENTS: Water, Red Pepper (16%), Onion (5%), Black Fermented Soya Beans (4%), Sugar, Modified Maize Starch, Malt Vinegar (Barley), Soy Sauce [Water, Sugar, Rice Vinegar, Soya Bean, Wheat, Salt], Demerara Sugar, Ginger Purée, Toasted Sesame Oil, Colour (Plain Caramel), Salt, Malted Barley Extract, Dried Garlic, Acidity Regulator (Lactic Acid), Black Pepper.

Preparation and Usage
Black Bean Stir Fry.
Serves: 4
Cooking time: 14-15 minutes.
Method: Hob.
Ingredients: 395g thin cut Beef steaks or 300g of Plant Chef Chicken-style pieces , 1 jar of Tesco Black Bean Cooking Sauce, 15ml (1tbsp) of oil.
- Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan.
2. For the beef add and fry for 4-5 minutes (or until cooked). For the chicken-style pieces cook as per instructions on pack.
3. Stir in the jar of sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
To Serve: Serve with Wholegrain rice and a handful of green beans if desired.
