Cold-pressed food grade castor oil is traditionally used as a massage oil. Massage into the skin or apply as an external castor oil pack. Soak a flannel in warmed castor oil and apply to affected area.. Cover with a plastic sheet and place a warm water bottle on top for 20 minutes
External use only. Keep out of sight and reach of children. Avoid in pregnancy. Avoid contact with the eyes
