Cooking Instructions

Instructions: Tastiest when oven baked straight from the freezer.Although great care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.- Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot.- These instructions are guidelines only.- Do not refreeze after defrosting.

Oven cook

Instructions: 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas mark 7, 20 minsPre-Heat the oven.Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven.Cook until crisp and golden.

Air Fry

Instructions: 180°C, 12-14 minsPre-heat to 180°C for 3 1/2 mins.Place product in the basket (max. 2 - fish fillets) and place in air fryer.Turn over halfway through cooking.Cook until crisp and golden. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.

Storage

Store in a freezer at -18°C or cooler.
