Preparation and Usage

Salmon Fillets with Teriyaki Sauce

Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

1 tbsp vegetable or sunflower oil

3 tbsp Tesco Teriyaki Sauce to marinade (allow extra to glaze during cooking)

1 piece fresh root ginger, peeled and grated (optional)

2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

4 salmon fillets with skin

Method:

1. Pre-heat grill.

2. In a bowl coat the salmon fillets with the Teriyaki Sauce, garlic and ginger. Set aside.

3. Brush the oil onto the grill pan and add salmon fillets skin side down.

4. Grill for 20 minutes.

5. Brush salmon every few minutes with extra Teriyaki Sauce until cooked through the glaze.

6. Make sure the salmon is cooked through and remove from grill.

To serve: Serve with cooked rice.
