Cooking Instructions
Instructions: This product contains raw fish & must be cooked thoroughly.Ensure fillets are piping hot before serving.For best results cook in a conventional oven. These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances may vary. Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of the fillets.Remove all packaging. Cook from frozen.
Deep Fry
Instructions: 175°C 8-10 minsPre-heat the oil.Lower fillets gently into the oil and fry.
Grill
Instructions: 13-15 minsPre-heat grill to a medium heat. Turn fillets occasionally.
Oven cook
Instructions: 200ºC Fan 180ºC Gas 6 18-22 minsPre-heat oven. Place fillets on a pre-heated baking tray on top shelf of oven.
