  1. To start making the ultimate hot chocolate, whisk 25g of cocoa powder and 60g of caster sugar into 50ml milk, until fully dissolved.
  2. Next, add the remaining 800ml of milk to a pan and add your chocolate mixture. Slowly bring to the boil.
  3. Roughly chop 100g of dark chocolate and place around 90g of it into your favourite mug.
  4. Carefully pour the boiling milk mixture into your mug, watching the rich dark chocolate melt under it.
  5. If you’d like extra chocolate, sprinkle the remaining 10g of dark chocolate on top and enjoy.
