Keep refrigerated between 0°C to +4°C. Once opened, use within 24 hours and always by the use by date. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly before use. Use within 24 hours of defrosting. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.

Pre-heat oven to 190°C / 180°C Fan/ Gas Mark 5. Remove all packaging and place fillets on aluminium foil separately and wrap loosely. Place on baking tray in the centre of the oven and allow to cook for 12-15 minutes or until piping hot throughout.
Cooking Method: Shallow Fry

Pre-heat 1 tsp of oil in a frying pan. Remove all packaging and place the fillets into the pan. Cook over a medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. Ensure product is piping hot throughout.
