Let the hot baked Mozzarella sticks rest for about 3 minutes so that the taste and consistency can develop to the full.
Cooking Method: Deep Fry
Cooking Instructions
Preheat the deep fryer to 170 ºC. Remove the baked Mozzarella sticks from the thermoform tray, fry for 1 minute, and then remove the baked Mozzarella sticks as quickly as possible from the deep fryer.
Cooking Method: Oven cook

Preheat oven to 200 ºC (upper & lower heat setting). Take the baked Mozzarella sticks out of the thermoform packaging, place them on baking paper over the cold baking tray and push the tray into the centre rail of the oven. Baked the bake Mozzarella sticks for approx. 6-7 min.
Cooking Method: Shallow Fry

Do not use fat. Remove the baked Mozzarella sticks from the thermoform tray, put them in a warm non-stick frying pan and fry at a medium heat for about 5 minutes, turning several times.
