To enjoy your steak at its best, take out of the fridge and remove packaging 10 minutes before cooking.
Tip: Slice an onion, fry it in the same pan as your steak- the flavours will release and caramelise on the steak- helping you make the tastiest sandwich.

Pan Fry High/Medium Heat Heat a heavy based frying pan over high heat for 2-3 minutes until smoking. Place steak in the dry pan and cook over a high heat for 1 minute each side. For rare steak remove from pan. Reduce to a medium heat and continue to cook for a further 1 minute (medium) or 2-3 minutes (well done), turning halfway through cooking. Remove steak from pan and allow to rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
