Ingredients

Cooked Rice (52%), Coconut Milk (37%), Thai Green Curry Paste (10%), Herb Garnish (1%).

Cooked Rice contains: Water, Long Grain Rice, Rice Bran Oil, Emulsifier (Mono- and Di-Glycerides of Fatty Acids), Acidity Regulator (Lactic Acid), Antioxidant (Alpha-Tocopherol).

Coconut Milk contains: Coconut Extract, Water.

Thai Green Curry Paste contains: Lemon Grass, Green Chilli, Garlic, Water, Shallot, Ginger, Galangal, Sugar, Rice Bran Oil, Salt, Coriander, Kaffir Lime Leaf, Cumin, Kaffir Lime Peel, Vinegar, White Pepper.

Herb Garnish contains: Lemon Grass, Kaffir Lime Leaf, Sweet Basil.

Store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight. Once the sachets are opened, refrigerate & consume within 48 hours.

Microwave

Instructions: Rice:1. Make a small tear at the tear point 1cm from the top of the rice pouch.2. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for the times indicated.Category B 650 Watt: 800W, Category D 750 Watt: 900W,Category B 650 Watt: 1.5 minutes, Category D 750 Watt: 1 minute,

Stir Fry

Instructions: 1) Heat 1 tbsp oil in a deep frying pan or wok, add the chicken and stir-fry until cooked thoroughly. 2) Add the green thai curry paste to the frying pan / wok, and stir-fry under a medium heat for approx. 5 minutes until the aromas are released and the paste coats the chicken. 3) Pour the coconut milk into the wok, stirring frequently, and simmer for a further 5 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. 4) Add the sachet of herb garnish and continue to simmer for 3 more minutes. 5) Meanwhile, make a short tear at the tear point 1cm from the top of the rice sachet and place on a microwaveable dish in a microwave for 1.5 minutes (800W) / 1 minute (900W). 6) Place the rice and green Thai chicken curry into two bowls and serve. Time: 20 minutes
