Creamy Chocolate Filling
What you need:
120g butter
170g sifted icing sugar
120g Homecook Wonderbar (melted as per instructions)
Method:
With a wooden spoon, cream together the butter and the icing sugar. Add the melted Wonderbar and use as a filling or topping for cakes and biscuits.
Chocolate Biscuit Cake
What you will need:
300g Homecook Wonderbar
250g Digestive Biscuits (crushed)
100g Butter
150g Golden Syrup
175 Dried Fruit
20cm (8 inch) square cake tin
Method:
1. Line the cake tin with icing film
2. Break the Wonderbar into small pieces
3. Put the Wonderbar, Golden Syrup and butter into a pan and place over a low heat until melted, stir well.
4. Take the pan off the heat and add the crushed biscuit and dried fruit.
5. Pour into the lined tin and leave to cool in a refrigerator for a couple of hours.
6. Remove the biscuit cake from the tin and peel off the clingfilm.
7. Cut into small pieces and enjoy... yum!
