The Achill Experience Aquarium and Visitor Centre is the perfect, indoor family activity in Mayo's only Aquarium. The tours are informative, fun and interactive. You and your family will be guided through the sea-life in extensive and varied tanks.

Whether you are new to Ireland, part of the wide diaspora, or live in Achill there is so much to learn about the rich, shared history in our Museum of Achill Life.

The building is fully wheelchair accessible, all features are under the one roof and there is even a spot to get great coffee. Be sure to book early, especially in the busy summer period.

What you need to know

Use your Clubcard Reward Partner code to book General Admission tickets.

Family Friendly and suitable for children of all ages. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

How it works

Turn every 50c in vouchers into €1 to spend on admission to Achill Experience Aquarium and Visitor Centre.

  1. Check the Achill Experience website to view ticket prices and opening times.
  2. Choose the amount of Clubcard vouchers you'd like to exchange. You can top-up the price difference with another payment method at the online checkout. Remember, any overpayment using the Reward Partner code is non-refundable.
  3. When you've completed your order look out for a confirmation email. A second email containing your Partner code will arrive shortly after.
  4. Go to bookings at Achill Experience and select the date, time and number of tickets and date required.
  5. At the checkout enter your Reward Partner code in the "Discount/Promo Code", click + and pay any outstanding balance required.
  6. Once your booking is complete you will receive a ticket to your email from Achill Experience.
  7. On arrival, show the ticket on your phone or in a clearly printed email.
