What you need to know
- Once you have exchanged your Clubcard vouchers for this partners reward token code, we can't exchange or refund it
- Clubcard vouchers and Hotels.com tokens will not be refunded if you cancel or change your booking
- You must book your break via www.hotels.com/tescoIreland
- Token codes are valid on all 'pay online' hotels, they are not valid at 'pay at hotel' properties.
- Tokens are only applicable on the 1st room of any booking. For a multi-room booking, make several 1-room bookings using a separate token code for each one. Only one token code can be used per booking.
- You are not limited to exchanging one Clubcard voucher to one Hotels.com token. Add more Clubcard vouchers on the payment page to purchase a higher value token code.
- Any unused Token value that does not go towards the room will not be refunded
- Tokens are only applicable on the room rate, minus taxes and fees-only exchange enough points to cover the room cost excluding taxes and fees
- Tokens cannot be used for additional costs such as extra guests, phone calls, cancellation fees, parking or other charges. These must be paid when you make your booking or paid directly at the hotel
- The hotel exclusion list within T&C's on Hotels.com does not apply to Tesco Vouchers
Before you purchase your vouchers
1. Find an eligible property
Click here to find a hotel you like and choose a room rate. If asked, select "Pay online" option.
Check that you see the coupon box below the price summary section at checkout
2. Define the right amount to exchange
Check your selected room price excluding taxes and fees at the checkout page in the price summary
Tokens only apply to the first room in the booking, so you will need to pay in full for any other rooms
Do not exceed the value of the room price when exchanging tokens as they can only be used once and in full and cannot be refunded
You will not earn Hotels.com Rewards nights when using Tesco tokens
After you purchase the Hotels.com token
3. Book the property
Apply your token code in the coupon box at the checkout page under the price summary
Pay the taxes and fees and any other remaining amounts on the hotels.com website using your debit or credit card
