Cooking Instructions

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking. Remove all packaging. These are guidelines only. Check product is thoroughly cooked and that the juices run clear before serving.

Oven cook

Instructions: Preheat the oven to 190°C (Fan) 170°C (Gas Mark 5). Cook in the oven for approx. 25-30 minutes in the centre of the oven. Turn over once during cooking.

Air Fry

Instructions: Pre heat airfryer to 210°C.Place steaks into the airfryer basket with a little spray of oil. Cook for approx. 10-12 minutes.

Storage

Keep Refrigerated between 0°c to +4°c. Consume within 24 hours of opening pack and by 'use by' date on front of pack.
