Preparation and Usage

Place sauce sachet to one side.

Cooking warning - Please add 'Caution: Take care when opening the parcel as hot steam may escape.'

Oven

Instructions: Temperature: 200, 180, 6Time: 12-15 minsFor best results oven cook. Oven 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 Chilled: 12-15 mins. Pre-heat oven and wrap each fillet loosely in aluminium foil to form a parcel. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for the time indicated. Spread half the sauce evenly on each fillet for the last 3 - 5 minutes.

Instructions: Air Fry: 180°C Chilled 10-15 minutes.Based on minimum 3.8 litre capacity air fryer.Pre-heat air fryer. Wrap each fillet loosely in a lightly oiled piece of aluminium foil.Place in the air fryer in a single layer and allow to cook for the time indicated.Spread half the sauce evenly on the fillet for the last 3-5 minutes.Leave to stand for 2 minutes after cooking.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 10 hours in the fridge. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
