Cooking Instructions

Instructions: Always wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after handling raw meat. Remove all packaging.Ensure product is piping hot and cooked throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Grill

Instructions: Cook under a preheated medium grill for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally.

Air Fry

Instructions: Preheat air fryer to 200°C. Add rashers to the basket and cook for 6 minutes, turning occasionally. Please refer to manufacturers guidelines for your air fryer.

Storage

Keep refrigerated. Once opened, use immediately and by the use by date. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly at the bottom of the refrigerator before use and use within 24 hours. Never defrost in a warm room.Do not refreeze once defrosted. Keep refrigerated below 5°C
