Preparation and Usage

Cooking warning - Please add 'Caution: Take care when opening the parcel as hot steam may escape.'

Oven

Instructions: Temperature: 180, 160, 4Time: 15 minsOVEN 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas 4 Chilled: 15 mins. Pre-heat oven. Wrap each fillet loosely in lightly oiled aluminium foil to form a parcel. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for the time indicated.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: For best results pan fry. PAN FRY Chilled: 6-8 mins. Pre-heat a teaspoon of oil in the pan over a medium heat. Fry the fillet for 6-8 minutes, turning once.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 10 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
