In the heart of Southwest France, the Gascogne region stretches over 20,000 hectares of vines and benefits from a contrasting oceanic climate. With sunny days and cool nights, its varied terroir—ranging from clay and sandy soils to limestone—which help produce fresh and aromatic wines. An icon of France, Sauvignon Blanc seduces with its freshness and its citrus, vegetal and exotic notes.

Vinification Details

The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness at dawn to preserve aromatic balance and prevent oxidation. After destemming, a short skin maceration is carried out, followed by pneumatic pressing. The juices are then cold-settled for 2 to 4 weeks with regular stirring to enhance aromatic potential. This is followed by settling and low-temperature fermentation to preserve the finesse of the aromas. Ageing on fine lees brings roundness and complexity to the wine.
