Organic Psyllium Husk PowderIt's important to maintain a varied and balanced diet and active lifestyle.Psyllium husk is high in fibre.The majority of this is soluble fibre which absorbs water in the intestines to form a gel, slowing digestion.Both soluble and insoluble fibre are important and the nhs recommend that we consume 30g of fibre per day. Up to 10g of psyllium husk can be consumed daily but we recommend to start at 5g serving and gradually increase the amount over 3 weeks.
