Cooking Instructions

Instructions: All appliances vary and these instructions are guidelines only. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving.

Oven cook

Instructions: Standard oven 200°C / Fan oven 180°C / Gas mark 6: Remove all packaging, place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of a preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan and cook the fish for 4-5 minutes each side or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily.

Storage

Keep refrigerated at 0-4°C.Suitable for home freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge before use. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
