Shallow Fry

Instructions: Remove all packaging. Allow chops to rest for 10 minutes at room temperature before cooking. For best results pan fry. PAN FRY: 6-10 mins. Drizzle the chops with a little oil and season with salt and pepper. Pre-heat a heavy based frying pan over high heat until smoking. Fry the chops for 1 minute on each side to seal in the juices. Reduce to a medium heat and cook for a further 4 minutes (medium) or 7-8 minutes (well done), turning halfway through cooking. Remove from pan and allow to rest for 2-4 minutes before serving.

GriLL

Instructions: GRILL: 10-16 mins. Drizzle the chops with a little oil and season with salt and pepper. Place the chops under a pre-heated medium grill for 10-12 minutes (medium) or 14-16 minutes (well done), turning occasionally. Remove from grill and allow to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
