Oven cook

Instructions: Remove all packaging. Allow meat to rest at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before roasting.150°C/Fan 130°C/Gas 2, 4 hrs.- Pre-heat oven.- Place joint in a roasting tray and add 200mls of water.- Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven for 3 hours.- Remove foil and return to the oven for 1 hour.- Once cooked, allow the beef to rest in a warm place for 15 minutes prior to carving.CautionTo avoid cross contamination, do not wash raw meat, and always wash hands after touching. Use separate chopping boards and utensils for raw meat and ready to eat foods. This product will contain bones.ImportantNot suitable for microwave cooking. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. We recommend meat products are cooked thoroughly until steaming hot throughout and there is no raw meat inside. Check food is steaming hot throughout before serving.

Storage

Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by use by date shown. Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by use by date shown.Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze.
