Oven

Instructions: Temperature: 150, 130, 2Time: 4 hrsRemove all packaging. Allow meat to rest at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before roasting. COOKING INSTRUCTIONS Chilled: 4 hrs. 150°C/Fan 130°C/Gas 2 Preheat oven. Place joint in a roasting dish and add 200mls water. Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven for 3 hours. Remove foil and return to the oven for 1 hour. Once cooked, allow beef to rest in a warm place for 15 minutes prior to carving.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 days and by 'use by' date shown.
