Microwave from frozen
Instructions: 1. Place sealed bag of dim'sum in the microwave (Please do not open or pierce bag!)2. Microwave for 2 mins [900W] or 2 mins 30 seconds (750W)3. Remove tray from bag and leave to stand for 3 mins
Cooking Instructions
Instructions: Add your favourite sauce to the dipping well, serve & enjoy!Warning: contents will be hot!For guidance only, cooking appliances will vary. Please ensure dim'sum are cooked until piping hot. Do not re-heat once cooked.
Steam
Instructions: 1. Poke holes in greaseproof paper to line a colander (or use a steamer liner)2. Place the colander above a pan of softly boiling water3. Place dim'sum in the colander, cover with a lid and steam for 12 mins4. Leave to stand for 1 min
