Oven cook

Instructions: Remove all packaging.160°C / Fan 140°C / Gas 3, 3 hoursSeason the diced lamb with salt and pepper. Heat a frying pan with a little oil until hot and brown the cubes for 2-3 minutes, turning occasionally.Transfer to an ovenproof casserole dish.Add vegetables and stock to the casserole dish and cover. Place in the centre of the pre-heated oven for 3 hours until tender.ImportantAll appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Ensure product is cooked thoroughly.Not suitable for microwave cooking. Not suitable for cooking from frozen.

Storage

Keep refrigerated 0°C to +4°C at the bottom of the fridge.Use by see front of pack. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by 'use by' date shown. Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze.
