Cooking Instructions

Instructions: Remove all packaging. Allow chops to rest for 10 minutes at room temperature before cooking. For best results, grill.ImportantEnsure product is cooked thoroughly.Not suitable for microwave cooking.Not suitable for cooking from frozen.

Grill

Instructions: Place chops under a pre-heated medium grill for 8-10 minutes (medium) or 12-14 minutes (well done), turning occasionally.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: Pre-heat a heavy based frying pan over high heat until smoking. Fry the chops for 1 minute on each side to seal in the juices. Reduce to a medium heat and continue to cook for a further 4-6 minutes (medium) or 10-12 minutes (well done), turning occasionally.

Storage

Keep refrigerated 0°C to +4°C at the bottom of the fridge.Use by see front of pack. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by 'use by' date shown. Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze.
