Preparation and Usage

For best results grill.

Oven

Instructions: Temperature: 200, 180, 6Time: 12-14 minutesOven: Place the koftas on a baking tray and cook in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 12-14 minutes, turning occasionally.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking

GriLL

Instructions: GRILL 18-20 minutes. Place the koftas under a pre-heated medium grill for 18-20 minutes, turning occasionally.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
