Microwave from frozen

Instructions: 900W, 6 mins800W, 6.5 minsPlace 2 fillets on a microwaveable plate and cover with a microwave cover.Cook on full power for 6 minutes at 900W.Leave to stand for 1 minute after cooking.

Cooking Instructions

Instructions: This product contains raw fish and must be cooked thoroughly. Ensure fillets are piping hot before serving.For best results cook in a conventional oven. These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances may vary. Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of the fillets. Remove all packaging including inner bag. Cook from frozen.

Oven cook

Instructions: Preheat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6.Wrap fillets loosely in foil and place on a baking tray. Cook for 30-35 mins. Open foil for last 5 minutes of cooking.

Barbecue

Instructions: Prepare BBQ as per manufacturers guidelines.Wrap fillets in foil and seal well.Turn once during cooking.Be cautious of steam upon opening foil.

Storage

Keep frozen. After purchase, store in freezer at -18°C. Do not freeze once thawed
