Instructions: Temperature: 190, 170, 5Time: 20-25 minsRemove sleeve and pierce film. OVEN 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5 20-25 mins. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute.

Microwave

Instructions: For best results, microwave cook. Remove sleeve and pierce film.MICROWAVE: 800W 5 mins/900W 4 mins 30 secs. Heat on full power for 5 mins (800W) or 4 mins (900W). Allow to stand for 1 minute.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
