Cooking Instructions

Instructions: Always wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after handling raw meat. Remove all packaging.Ensure product is piping hot - and cooked throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Grill

Instructions: Cook under a pre-heated medium grill for 4-6 minutes, turning occasionally.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: Add a tablespoon of oil to a frying pan and fry over a medium heat for 4-6 minutes, turning occasionallyDrain well before serving.

Air Fry

Instructions: Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Add medallions to the basket and cook for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally (based on a 1400w airfryer - please refer to manufacturers guidelines for your airfryer.)

Storage

Keep refrigerated. Once opened, use within 2 days and by the use by date. Suitable for home freezing.Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly at the bottom of the refrigerator before use and use within 24 hours. Never defrost in a warm room. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
