Oven

Instructions: Temperature: 200, 180, 6Time: 10-35 minutesPreheat oven 200C/Fan 180C/gas 6 COOKING INSTRUCTIONS Remove all packaging and allow to rest for 30 minutes at room temperature before cooking. Lightly brush each side of the steak with a little oil. Heat a heavy based frying pan over a high heat until smoking. Sear each side of the steak in the hot frying pan. Remove from pan and place on a roasting tray. Place into the centre of a pre-heated oven for 10-15 minutes (rare), 20-25 minutes (medium) or 30-35 minutes (well done). Transfer the steak from the roasting tray to a clean board to rest in a warm place for 15 minutes before carving.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
