Microwave

Instructions: Pierce film and cook for 6 mins in 1000W Appliance, 6 mins 30 secs for 900W and 7 mins 20 secs for 800W. Open the film by cutting around the inside of the tray with scissors or knife, stir the meal, re-cover with film and allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.

Cooking Instructions

Instructions: For best results oven cook. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Ensure food is thoroughly cooked before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.

Instructions: Pierce film and place in preheated oven at 180°C / 160°C Fan/Gas Mark 4 for 30-35 mins. Open the film by cutting around the inside of the tray with a scissors or knife, stir the meal, re-cover with film and allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.

Storage

Keep refrigerated between 1°C and 5°C.Once opened consume immediately and by the use by date. For 'use by', see front of pack. Not suitable for home freezing.
