Preparation and Usage

For best results grill.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: PAN FRY Chilled: 8-10 mins. Fry in a little oil over a medium heat, turning once.

GriLL

Instructions: GRILL Chilled: 10-12 mins. Place under a pre-heated medium-high grill, turning once.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 3 days and by 'use by' date shown.
