Preparation and Usage

For best results grill and do not prick skins.

Barbeque

Instructions: Barbecue 5 minutes. For a chargrilled barbecue effect, cook as per cooking guidelines above, then place on the barbecue for a further 5 minutes, turning frequently.

GriLL

Instructions: GRILL Chilled: 12-14mins. Place under a pre-heated medium/high grill, turning occasionally.

Other

Instructions: PAN FRY Chilled: 8-10 mins.Fry in a little oil over a medium heat, turning occasionally. Drain well before serving.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days and by ‘use by’ date shown.
