Shallow Fry

Instructions: SHALOW FRY Chilled: 12-13 mins. Fry in a little oil in a pre-heated pan over a medium/high heat for 12-13 minutes, turning occasionally, drain well before serving.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 16 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated below 4°C. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
