Cooking Instructions

Instructions: These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances may vary. Remove all packaging before cooking. For best results cook from frozen. This product must be cooked thoroughly.Cooking times may vary with different makes/models and the amount of croquettes to be cooked. Adjust cooking time accordingly and ensure the product is cooked thoroughly before serving.

Oven cook

Instructions: Pre-heat oven to 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas Mark 7.Spread the Green Isle Croquettes on a baking tray and cook for 15-20 minutes until crisp and golden.Turn once during cooking.

Air Fry

Instructions: Pre-heat air fryer to 200°C. Place half of the croquettes (275g) into the basket, do not fill the basket more than half full. Cook for 9-12 minutes or until crisp and golden, shake occasionally to ensure an even cook.

Deep Fry

Instructions: Deep Fry the croquettes in hot oil (175°C) for 5-7 minutes. Drain on kitchen roll before serving.

Storage

After purchase, store in freezer at -18°C. Do not refreeze once thawed.
