Cooking Instructions

Instructions: This product must be cooked. Some appliances may vary.The following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging before cooking. Grill

Instructions: Preheat grill to a medium temperature. Grill rashers for 4-6 minutes turning occasionally.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: To Fry Gently: heat a little oil in a frying pan. Fry rashers over a medium temperature for 4-6 minutes, turning frequently.

Storage

Keep refrigerated below 5°CKeep refrigerated. Once opened, use within 2 days and by the use by date. Use by: See front of pack. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and always by the use by date. Once frozen, use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly at the bottom of the fridge before use and use within 24 hours. Do not defrost in the microwave. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
