Oven

Instructions: Temperature: 180, 160, 4Oven instructions Oven 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas 4. For medium Lamb 25mins. per 500g plus 25 mins For well done lamb 30 mins per 500g plus 30 mins Pre-heat oven to the temperature specified. Place joint on a roasting tray and season as required. Place joint in the centre of the pre-heated oven and cook uncovered for calculated time. When joint is cooked, remove from the oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
