Preparation and Usage

Preparation: Always wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after handling raw meat. Remove all packaging.

Cooking Instructions

Instructions: Cut Pudding into slices.Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Grill

Instructions: Place under a preheated medium grill and cook for approximately 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: Add a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and fry over a medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.

Storage

Keep refrigerated below 5°C, use within 2 days of opening, do not exceed the use by date.For use by date see back of pack
