Description

Double GinBoatyard Double Gin (46% ABV) is an award-winning gin produced in County Fermanagh in North West Ireland. Made from organically-produced wheat spirit, it is distilled with eight botanicals including locally-sourced sweet gale from the family farm, angelica, lemon and coriander. The ‘Double' in Boatyard Double Gin refers to the fact that organic juniper berries are included twice in the distillation process, giving the gin a pronounced juniper flavour. This smooth, juniper-led dry gin has plenty of citrus notes and floral sweetness and is ideal in a G&T. The team at the distillery have a focus on provenance, transparency, sustainability and quality.
Boatyard is the first legal distillery built in County Fermanagh in 130 years. It is innovative, open, transparent, obsessed with quality, family-run and passionate about distillation.
