The chicken is cooked if the juices run clear when the deepest part of the flesh is pierced with a thin skewer. If the juices are pink, continue cooking until they are clear.
Tesco recommends that meat products are cooked thoroughly.
No need to wash poultry before cooking.
This product is fully prepared and can be cooked in its packaging.
For best results we recommend cooking in the bag in an oven.
Pierce the bag where indicated on front of pack before cooking.
Once opened, use immediately.

Caution: Take care when removing the chicken from the oven as there will be some hot juices within the foil tray and packaging.
