A traditional yet approachable Rioja Reserva, well suited to both everyday dinners and more special occasions.Cune Reserva is produced by the fifth generation of the founders of CVNE, mainly from handpicked Tempranillo grapes. It ages for a minimum of one year in French and American oak casks, followed by further ageing in bottle prior to its release.
Founded in 1879 in Haro, Cune (pronounced 'coo-NAY') has built a legacy of exceptional Rioja wines, blending traditional methods with meticulous vineyard selection. Over 140 years, it has become a symbol of Spanish winemaking excellence.

Traditional Spanish winemaking techniques are used to produce this red wine from Rioja. Matured for 18 months in a mixture of French and American oak barrels, followed by 1 year in bottle in the Cune cellars

History

C.V.N.E, Compañía Vinícola del Norte del España (the Northern Spanish Wine Company), was founded in 1879 in the town of Haro in Rioja by two brothers and today is still controlled by the direct descendants of the founding family.
